About LMQS

Lee McGreevy QS Services is a Bristol based Cost Management Consultancy founded by Lee McGreevy MRICS in May 2020. I have gained over 30 years Cost Management experience in the Construction industry at companies like Warrington Martin Morris, James Nisbet and Partners where I headed up their BQ Measurement team and Gardiner and Theobald LLP where I was a Senior Associate. The aim of the business is to provide quality and timely Quantity Surveying services to Private, PQS, Multi-Disciplinary and Contracting clients.

LMQS will prepare fully measured Bills of Quantities in SMM7 or NRM2 format, Works Package Tender Documentation in a format to suit you, Schedules of Works and Final Account Re-measurement. LMQS does not shy away from Building Services and fully measured Mechanical and Electrical documents are a standard offering.

Post Contract Quantity Surveying

LMQS has the experience of managing all types of projects post contract. Communication is key. Clear, regular, consistent and concise cost advice will be provided when you need it and in the format you want it. LMQS will contribute to the management of change and stays right on top of your project. Cost Reports can be tailored specifically for your company requirements, delve right into the detail of the project but are also formatted in a manner that allows the "one-pager" to be delivered at Board Level.
